About AminaAmina Jammeh is an ambitious Public Health-Global Health undergraduate student at the University of Washington. Amina’s engagement with the Institute for STEM cell & regenerative medicine program as an outreach research trainee underlines her commitment to advancing medical research, highlighted by her successful commections with esteemed Ph.D mentors through monthly meetings to depend her understanding of technical concepts in the field of medicine. Her clinical shadowing experiences ranging from oncology in Texas to emergency medicine in Seattle children’s hospital, reflects a hands-on approach to learning and a deep commitment to patient care. Beyond academia research, she is actively involved in community, outreach and, education notably through AVELA where she delivers by-monthly 4 hour classes for middle and highschool students.
